Delete your Wink account and associated data

Wink users can permanently delete their account inside the app from Settings → Delete account. Password confirmation and the word DELETE are required to prevent accidental deletion.

If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address associated with your account to pqjs237@gmail.com. Include only the account email and the statement “Delete my Wink account”. Never send your password.

What is deleted

The account, profile, uploaded media, likes, matches, messages, consent records, and related product data are scheduled for deletion. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, or legal compliance.

We may verify account ownership before completing an external request.
